📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily branch operations to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.,Manage and mentor a team of staff to achieve branch targets and goals.,Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.,Monitor and analyze branch performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless integration and support.,Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and industry standards.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and effectively.,Conduct regular staff training and development activities to enhance skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in branch management or a similar role.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Knowledge of banking or financial services industry is a plus.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a must.
