• Build and maintain strong relationships with high-value clients to ensure their financial needs are met.
• Provide personalized financial advice and product recommendations to clients.
• Develop and implement financial plans tailored to each client's specific needs and goals.
• Conduct regular client meetings to assess their financial situation and provide ongoing support.
• Utilize banking systems and tools such as Core Banking System, CRM, and Financial Planning Software to manage client interactions and transactions.
• Monitor market trends and industry developments to identify new opportunities for client growth.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of financial solutions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Banking, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in banking or financial services, preferably in a relationship management role.
• Proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships.
• Strong understanding of financial products and services offered by Permata Bank.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English and Indonesian languages.
