📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead the strategic planning and execution of government modernization initiatives.
Drive the adoption of digital technologies and data-driven governance.
Develop and implement scalable digital platforms and solutions.
Collaborate with government agencies, private sector partners, and international organizations.
Monitor and evaluate the performance of digital transformation projects.
Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement in government operations.
Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Represent the government at national and international forums on digital governance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Public Administration, or related field.
10-15 years of experience in government modernization, digital transformation, or related fields.
Proven track record of leading large-scale digital projects.
Strong understanding of digital governance, e-government, and public sector IT systems.
Certifications in project management (e.g., PMP) or digital governance (e.g., Digital Government Institute certifications) are a plus.
Proficiency in using project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA) and digital transformation platforms (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
