📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and maintain accurate cost estimates for construction projects using SAP and Microsoft Project.
• Conduct thorough cost analysis to ensure projects are completed within budget.
• Manage procurement processes, including vendor negotiations and contract management.
• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.
• Monitor project budgets and provide regular reports to project managers.
• Utilize AutoCAD to create and review technical drawings and plans.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in cost estimation and procurement.
• Provide support to the project team in achieving project milestones.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in cost estimation and procurement in the construction industry.
• Proven experience with SAP and Microsoft Project.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Professional certification in cost estimation or procurement is a plus.
