📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.,Manage staff schedules, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and food safety standards.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Monitor inventory levels and manage supplier relationships.,Handle customer complaints and ensure a positive dining experience.,Prepare and present financial reports and performance metrics to management.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the restaurant.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management or a similar role.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Proficient in using POS systems and other restaurant management software.,Knowledge of food and beverage operations and industry trends.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Familiarity with hybrid work models and remote management tools.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
