Sehati Oka Sembako is looking for a Junior Receptionist to join our team in Pekanbaru. We are a well-established grocery store chain with a strong commitment to customer service and community engagement. As a Junior Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring they have a pleasant and efficient shopping experience.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet customers with a friendly and professional manner.,Assist customers with their shopping needs and answer any questions they may have.,Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently.,Maintain a clean and organized reception area.,Handle customer complaints and escalate them to the appropriate department if necessary.,Update and maintain customer records.,Promote our products and services to customers.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service or receptionist role.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with basic computer applications and office software.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Fluent in Indonesian, both written and spoken.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and procedures.
