📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote our products/services.,Answer customer queries and provide information about our products/services.,Follow up with leads to ensure they are interested in our offerings.,Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions.,Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs.,Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth operations.,Attend training sessions and workshops to improve sales skills.,Provide exceptional customer service to build and maintain customer relationships.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent.,Previous experience in sales or telesales is a plus.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet targets.,Familiarity with using CRM software is an advantage.,Willingness to travel to different locations if required.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
