📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Overseeing the security operations of our facilities and ensuring the safety and well-being of our employees and assets.,Developing and implementing security policies and procedures to maintain a secure and safe working environment.,Conducting regular security audits and risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential security threats.,Managing and supervising a team of security personnel, providing guidance and support to ensure their effectiveness and efficiency.,Responding to and investigating security incidents, as well as coordinating with relevant authorities and law enforcement agencies as needed.,Maintaining and updating security systems and equipment, as well as ensuring their proper functioning and maintenance.,Providing security training and education to employees and contractors, as well as conducting regular security drills and exercises.,Working closely with other departments and stakeholders to ensure the overall security and safety of our operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

A bachelor's degree in security management, criminal justice, or a related field.,A minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within the security industry.,Proven track record of success in managing and supervising a team of security personnel.,Strong knowledge of security policies, procedures, and best practices, as well as relevant laws and regulations.,Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Valid security clearance and certification, as well as any other relevant certifications or licenses.,Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages is a plus.
