As a Department Head, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of a specific department, ensuring that all objectives are met and that the department runs smoothly. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere in Indonesia while still contributing to the growth and success of our company.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the assigned department, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.,Develop and implement strategies to improve departmental performance and achieve company goals.,Manage and mentor a team of employees, providing guidance and support to help them grow professionally.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless collaboration and communication.,Monitor departmental budgets and expenses, ensuring that resources are used effectively and efficiently.,Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to employees.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and implement necessary changes to improve departmental performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a related field, preferably in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a similar discipline.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership or management role within a corporate or retail environment.,Strong understanding of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.,Proficient in using HR software and tools, such as SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, or similar platforms.,Familiarity with remote work tools and platforms, such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and Slack.,Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.,Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
