📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and budgeting.,Ensure high-quality food and service by implementing and maintaining food safety and sanitation standards.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Train and develop restaurant staff to ensure they meet the high standards of our brand.,Monitor and analyze sales and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations and guidelines.,Collaborate with the corporate office to ensure consistency in brand standards and operations.,Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment that reflects the Shop Fresh Group brand.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management, preferably in a fast-casual or quick-service restaurant setting.,Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Proficiency in using point-of-sale (POS) systems and other restaurant management software.,Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations and guidelines.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with the Indonesian market and consumer trends is a plus.
