📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage the sales and marketing team in the Trenggalek region.,Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve company goals.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.,Monitor market trends and adjust strategies accordingly.,Ensure all sales and marketing activities comply with company policies and regulations.,Provide regular reports on sales performance and market trends.,Conduct regular team meetings and provide feedback and support.,Participate in company-wide events and initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and marketing, with a proven track record of success.,Strong understanding of the local market and consumer behavior.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficient in using sales and marketing software and tools.,Familiarity with Indonesian market and regulations is a plus.,Ability to travel within the region as needed.
