📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Chef in preparing and cooking meals,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen,Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are met,Prepare and cook meals according to the recipe,Stock and manage inventory of food and kitchen supplies,Assist in training and mentoring junior staff,Participate in inventory checks and food cost analysis

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 1 year of experience as a Commis Chef or similar role,Knowledge of Indonesian and Western cuisine,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment,Good communication and teamwork skills,Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays,Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene,Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools
