📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and execute e-commerce strategies to drive online sales growth.
• Analyze market trends and customer behavior using tools like Google Analytics and SEMrush.
• Manage and optimize our online storefront using platforms like Shopify or WooCommerce.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create and promote engaging content on social media and email campaigns.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of our digital sales efforts.
• Stay updated with the latest e-commerce trends and best practices to continuously improve our online retail operations.
• Conduct customer feedback sessions to gather insights and improve the shopping experience.
• Work with the logistics team to ensure timely and efficient order fulfillment and delivery.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or a similar role.
• Proven track record of driving online sales growth.
• Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms and tools like Shopify, WooCommerce, Google Analytics, and SEMrush.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
