📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs to employees,Create and maintain training materials and resources,Assist in the evaluation and assessment of training programs,Coordinate with department heads to identify training needs,Provide feedback and support to employees during training sessions,Maintain records of training participation and outcomes,Assist in the development and implementation of training budgets,Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in training and development

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in training and development,Strong understanding of training methodologies and techniques,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well in a team and independently,Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other training software,Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian,Passion for helping others learn and grow
