📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Managing daily cashier operations and ensuring accurate financial transactions.
  • Providing excellent customer service and resolving any issues promptly.
  • Supervising a team of cashiers and ensuring they meet performance standards.
  • Monitoring cash and inventory levels to prevent shortages or excesses.
  • Handling cash deposits and ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Training and developing cashier staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Ensuring a clean and organized cashier area to maintain a professional environment.
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Cashier or similar role in the restaurant industry.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with cash handling procedures and inventory management.
  • Knowledge of POS systems and cash register operations.
  • Ability to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • High school diploma or equivalent. Additional certifications in cash handling or customer service are a plus.
