Bloom Urban Sentosa is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lead Internal Audit professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the internal audit function, ensuring compliance with regulations, and providing strategic advice to senior management. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the planning, execution, and reporting of internal audits.,Conduct risk assessments and develop audit plans to address identified risks.,Review financial statements and internal controls to ensure accuracy and compliance.,Provide recommendations to senior management to improve processes and controls.,Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory bodies as needed.,Train and mentor junior audit staff.,Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in internal audit, with the last 3 years in a leadership role.,Professional certification in internal audit (e.g., CIA, CISA, CPA) is a plus.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and internal control frameworks.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in English and Indonesian.
