📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and coordinate all logistics activities to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods.,Manage a team of logistics staff, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance.,Develop and implement logistics strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.,Monitor and analyze logistics data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.,Maintain strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and transportation providers.,Handle and resolve logistics-related issues and conflicts in a professional manner.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics coordination or a similar role.,Proven experience in managing logistics teams and processes.,Strong knowledge of logistics software and systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
