Receptionist - Immediate

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Greeting and assisting guests upon arrival and departure.
• Answering and directing phone calls and inquiries.
• Checking in and out guests, and ensuring their needs are met.
• Maintaining the reception area and ensuring it is clean and presentable.
• Assisting with front desk operations, including reservations and check-in/check-out procedures.
• Handling guest complaints and resolving issues promptly.
• Providing information about the hotel's amenities, facilities, and local attractions.
• Assisting with event planning and coordination, if necessary.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Receptionist or similar role in the hospitality industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Good knowledge of computer systems and office software.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Passionate about providing excellent customer service.
