As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring the best talent for our restaurant. You will work closely with our HR team to ensure that we have the right people in place to support our business goals.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Sourcing and screening potential candidates for various positions within the restaurant.
  • Conducting interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and fit for the role.
  • Collaborating with the HR team to ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities.
  • Providing feedback and recommendations to management on hiring decisions.
  • Assisting with onboarding new employees to ensure a smooth transition into the company.
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
  • Promoting a positive and inclusive workplace culture.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to travel within Lampung as needed.
