In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our Surface Mount Technology (SMT) production lines. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Operate and maintain SMT production equipment to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.,Monitor and adjust process parameters to achieve high-quality and consistent production output.,Perform routine inspections and maintenance of SMT equipment to prevent downtime and ensure reliability.,Investigate and troubleshoot production issues, and implement corrective actions to resolve them.,Conduct quality checks and inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.,Collaborate with the production team to improve process efficiency and productivity.,Maintain accurate records of production data and equipment performance for analysis and reporting purposes.,Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance SMT processes and equipment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Proven experience as an SMT Process Technician or similar role in the electronics manufacturing industry.,Strong knowledge of SMT processes, equipment, and quality standards.,Familiarity with electronic assembly techniques and best practices.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic production environment.,Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.,Good communication and teamwork skills.,Proficiency in using English for communication and documentation purposes.,Willingness to work shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required.
