📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment and software,Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues,Provide technical support to end-users,Monitor and maintain network and server performance,Conduct regular maintenance and updates on IT systems,Document all technical activities and issues,Participate in system upgrades and migrations,Ensure compliance with IT policies and procedures

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field,Minimum 2 years of experience as a Technician or similar role,Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure and hardware,Familiarity with network protocols and server management,Good problem-solving and analytical skills,Excellent communication and customer service skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Knowledge of relevant IT certifications is a plus
