Manager Corporate Sustainability - Jakarta (Full-Time)

In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sustainability strategies, monitor our environmental and social impact, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations. With your expertise and leadership, you will help Indofood CBP become a model for sustainable business practices in Indonesia.

As Manager Corporate Sustainability, you will be responsible for overseeing our sustainability programs, including our environmental management system, social responsibility initiatives, and ethical sourcing practices. You will develop and implement strategies to reduce our environmental footprint, promote fair labor practices, and support local communities. With your strategic thinking and hands-on approach, you will help Indofood CBP achieve its sustainability goals and contribute to a more sustainable future.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement sustainability strategies aligned with Indofood CBP's vision and values
• Oversee the environmental management system, including ISO 14001 certification and carbon footprint reduction initiatives
• Monitor and report on our environmental and social impact, including water and waste management, energy efficiency, and biodiversity conservation
• Lead social responsibility initiatives, such as employee engagement programs, community development projects, and ethical sourcing practices
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards, including ISO 26000 and the United Nations Global Compact
• Foster a culture of sustainability within the organization, including employee training and awareness programs
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate sustainability into our business operations and supply chain
• Represent Indofood CBP at industry events, conferences, and stakeholder engagements to promote our sustainability achievements

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the food and beverage industry
• Strong knowledge of ISO 14001, ISO 26000, and other relevant sustainability standards and certifications
• Proven track record of developing and implementing sustainability strategies and programs
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
• Familiarity with sustainability software and tools, such as SAP Sustainability Performance Management, Microsoft Power BI, and Tableau
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally as required
