📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and serve meals to the crew in accordance with international maritime regulations and company standards.
• Manage food inventory and ensure timely restocking to meet crew requirements.
• Maintain a clean and organized galley, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Monitor food quality and safety, implementing corrective actions as necessary.
• Assist in planning and organizing meals to accommodate dietary restrictions and preferences of the crew.
• Participate in vessel maintenance and cleaning activities to support overall vessel operations.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Assist in emergency response procedures, including food-related emergencies, to ensure crew safety and well-being.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Marine Cook or similar role in the maritime industry.
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Knowledge of international maritime regulations and standards for food service.
• Experience with food safety and hygiene practices, including HACCP principles.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including overnight shifts and weekends.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse team.
• Familiarity with basic vessel maintenance and cleaning procedures.
• Valid Seafarer's Cook Certificate (SCC) or equivalent certification.
