As a Community Facilitator, you'll work closely with diverse stakeholders, including local leaders, non-profit organizations, and government agencies, to design and implement programs that address critical social issues.

In this role, you'll be responsible for organizing community meetings, workshops, and training sessions, ensuring that participants actively engage and benefit from the programs. You'll also collaborate with our team to develop and deliver educational materials, leveraging tools like Google Workspace and Microsoft Office 365. With a minimum of 3 years of experience in community development or a related field, you'll bring a wealth of knowledge and a passion for making a difference.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design and implement social development programs tailored to the needs of local communities in Badung, Bali.
• Organize and facilitate community meetings, workshops, and training sessions to engage participants and drive program success.
• Develop and deliver educational materials using tools like Google Workspace and Microsoft Office 365.
• Collaborate with local leaders, non-profit organizations, and government agencies to create impactful initiatives.
• Monitor program progress, collect feedback, and make data-driven adjustments to improve outcomes.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with community members, stakeholders, and partners.
• Stay updated on best practices in social development and community engagement.
• Represent Karya Masyarakat Mandiri at community events and public forums to promote our mission and programs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in community development, social work, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of social development principles and practices.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using Google Workspace and Microsoft Office 365.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian and English.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences, Community Development, or a related field.
