📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead and manage a team of live hosts to ensure high-quality, engaging content is delivered on a consistent basis.
• Develop and implement live streaming strategies that align with the company's marketing and communications goals.
• Create visually stunning and engaging content using tools like Adobe Creative Suite and Canva.
• Collaborate with the marketing and communications team to develop and execute live streaming campaigns.
• Monitor and analyze live streaming metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize performance.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in live streaming and digital marketing.
• Provide training and support to live hosts to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
• Represent the company at events and conferences to build relationships with key stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in live streaming, digital marketing, or a related field.
• Proven track record of success in leading and managing teams.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and live streaming tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite and Canva is a plus.
• Certification in digital marketing or live streaming is a plus.
