You will work closely with our team to organize workshops, performances, and cultural events that celebrate Indonesia's diverse heritage. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design and deliver engaging lessons in traditional Indonesian dance, music, crafts, or theater.
• Organize and facilitate workshops, performances, and cultural events.
• Collaborate with the team to create culturally enriching experiences for students.
• Develop and maintain lesson plans, curricula, and educational materials.
• Assist in the development of cultural programs and initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Cultural Arts, Education, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in teaching or instructing cultural arts.
• Proficiency in at least one traditional Indonesian cultural art form (dance, music, crafts, theater).
• Experience in organizing and leading cultural events or workshops.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and independently.
• Passionate about preserving and promoting Indonesia's cultural heritage.
• Fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
